Welcome to JMC Tires. By accessing our website and purchasing tires or installation services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products and Services
   – We sell tires and provide professional installation services at our shop.
   – Tire brands may not be displayed; all tires are categorized by size and installed price.

2. Orders and Payments
   – All orders must be paid in full online at the time of booking.
   – Prices listed include installation unless otherwise stated. Taxes and additional services (TPMS, alignment, disposal fees) are charged separately.

3. Appointments
   – Customers must book an installation appointment at checkout.
   – If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Liability
   – JMC Tires is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or driving conditions after installation.
   – Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain tires.

5. Changes to Terms
   – We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of any changes.

Refund & Return Policy

At JMC Tires, our goal is customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Cancellations
   – Orders canceled before installation will be refunded in full (minus processing fees, if applicable).

2. Returns
   – Installed tires cannot be returned.
   – If you purchase tires but do not install them, unopened/unused tires may be returned within 7 days of purchase, subject to inspection.

3. Defective Products
   – Defects covered under the manufacturer’s warranty will be honored according to their terms.

4. Refunds
   – Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
